Primary Care Skin procedures clinic
About Us:
The Primary Care Skin Procedures Clinic was established by Dr. Kaschor in 2016, and is currently located within Prisma Health Care Collaborative.
Dr. Kaschor is a family doctor with a focused practice designation in dermatology, and is an Adjunct Research Professor in the Department of Family Medicine.
Dr. Kaschor completed her undergraduate training at the University of Windsor in Biological Sciences. She completed a PhD in Biochemistry concurrently with her medical education at the Schulich School of Medicine. She then completed a residency in Family Medicine at Western University, and during this time was fortunate to have trained with and learned from Dr. J. Howard (London Skin Disorders Clinic), Dr. K. Roth (Department of Head and Neck Surgery), Dr. C. Moore (Department of Head and Neck Surgery), Dr. V. Venkatesan (London Regional Cancer Program), and many more!
Dr. Lepitre is a Family Physician who is thrilled to be joining the Primary Care Skin Procedures Clinic team! She is working toward a focused practice designation in Dermatology and will also be providing medical aesthetic treatments.
Dr. Lepitre is originally from the West Coast and completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of British Columbia. She completed her medical degree at the University of Limerick in Ireland while exploring living in Europe.
She then completed a residency in rural Family Medicine at Schulich School of Medicine at Western University. She was fortunate to have trained and learned from Dr. Kaschor (Primary Care Skin Procedures Clinic), Dr. J. Howard (London Skin Disorders Clinic), the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics, and many more! Dr. Lepitre ended up falling in love with Southwestern Ontario and decided to set up roots here with her husband.
Dr. Marisa Market-Walmsley is a Family Physician and the most recent addition to our PCSP Clinic team. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Windsor in Biological Sciences(H), with Thesis. She then went on to complete her medical degree and PhD in Microbiology and Immunology at the University of Ottawa.
Dr. Market is originally from Southwestern Ontario and moved to the London area to pursue her Family Medicine training in the Regional North Family Medicine Residency program at Western University.
She has a keen interest in dermatologic conditions and skin procedures. Consequently, she has trained in plastic surgery, facial plastic surgery, and dermatology. Dr. Market is currently pursuing a Diploma in Dermatology in Clinical Practice at the University of South Wales.
At P.C.S.P. we continue to work closely with our colleagues in Dermatology, Emergency Medicine, the London Regional Cancer Program, and a variety of surgical specialties. We are thrilled to have a variety of colleagues from GP-dermatology, General Surgery and Plastic Surgery work with us at the clinic. We are always looking for new partnerships to expand the care we are able to provide to patients!

Dermal Fillers
Backed by research
Tailored to your skin's needs
As we age, our skin loses the ability to retain moisture which can lead to volume loss. Temporary fillers use hyaluronic acid to restore lost volume and retain the body’s own moisture. This helps restore facial contours.
Lip contouring helps add volume and definition.

Cosmetic removal of
moles, skin tags, etc.
Ear lobe repair
We use minimally invasive techniques to remove skin tags, cosmetic moles, cysts, and more for our patients who find these lesions bothersome.
This procedure restores earlobes that were stretched by spacers or heavy earrings to their original shape for those who no longer wish to wear that style of jewelry.
Therapeutic Indications

neuromodulators
Migraine / tension headaches
Some headaches are made worse by muscle spasms or muscle tension.
Relaxing the affected muscles can relieve pain or prevent recurrence of
a headache. Neuromodulators also block the pain signal from reaching the
muscles that cause migraines or tension headaches.
Usual dose: ~150 units per session
TMJ
Neuromodulators can help with TMJ symptoms by blocking signals
to the muscles causing tightness and pain.
Usual dose: ~20-50 units per side, per session
Myofascial pain and spasticity
Blocking the signals that keep muscles in spasm relaxes the
muscle fibers. This can reduce pain and allow other treatments like
physiotherapy and massage to be more effective.
Usual dose: variable depending on location and severity, maximum 400 units
Hyperhidrosis
Some people struggle with excessive sweating - a condition called ‘hyperhidrosis’. Neuromodulators can help by blocking the signal that activates the sweat glands, thereby significantly decreasing sweat production in treated areas.
Usual dose: ~50 units per side, per session

dermal fillers
Scars
Sometimes after a procedure you may be left with deep scars. Dermal fillers can temporarily restore the normal contour of your skin.
Usual dose: 1/2 syringe per area of concern
Deformities
Injuries can sometimes lead to permanent deformities. Dermal fillers, used in conjunction with other treatments, can temporarily correct these.
Usual dose: 1/2 syringe per area of concern
